The price displayed at the overview section is the price per person in US dollar at the time of booking for a certain option of tour/accommodation, not the time of departure. Thus, it might change if you choose a different date, different kind of accommodation as well as other tour option available for each tour.
Click on the “Book now” to continue, you will see a booking form. It’s fast and easy to book and pay for your service with Halong Bay Day Trips, simply follow 4 steps:
Step 1: Fill in booking form
Fill in the booking form in detail as much as possible.
1. Pick a date: It’s the date you start the tour.
2. Insert participant information:
– Adults (the number of adults and children over 8 years old): 100% tour price
– Child (from 04 – 08 years old): charge 50% and sharing bed with 2 adults, limit 01 kid/booking.
+ If 01 child from 08 years old up using his existing bed in the cabin/room with adult: 100% tour price.
+ If 02 children from 05 up to 12 years old sharing a room/cabin: 75% tour price (you will insert 01 kid to “Adult” and 01 kid to “Child”)
– Infant (under 4 years old): free of charge, limit 01 kid/ booking
3. Choose an option for your tour: If there are more than one option, you will be asked to choose one.
– Accommodation: With overnight tours which have more than one option for accommodation, take one (a surcharge will be added accordingly)
– Tour option: With a tour has more than one option, take one (a surcharge will be added accordingly)
– Pickup service: With a tour with pickup option, you have 2 choices:
+ Yes: insert pickup address as detailed as possible for a better arrangement (pickup fee will be added)
+ No: no pickup address required, meeting point and time will be provided.
Next, confirm the booking form by “Add to card” button, a confirmation page will appear.
Step 2: Manage & confirm your booking
After adding the tour into your cart, you can choose:
– “Click here for more details” to see details of your booking.
– “Continue shopping” if you want to book more tours/service.
– “Clear cart” then start to book again if you chose a wrong tour.
– “Process to check out” to confirm your booking.
Step 3: Provide customer information, choose payment method & pay
– Fill in your information. Info with the red mark (*) is required.
– Choose payment method: PayPal or Credit card via OnePay
– Accept our terms and conditions to pay for your booking
– “Back to cart” to rearrange your service.
– “PLACE ORDER” to pay.
A secure payment page will appear, pay for your booking with PayPal account or with your credit card.
Step 4: Confirmation
After the payment completed, you will get an automatically confirmation from OnePay or PayPal.
The written confirmation will be made via email to the email of customer within 24 working hours.
The confirmation is a voucher/Invoice in which clearly confirms the service you booked and paid for. Double check all information and get back to us if there is something wrong.
